Cheap Auto Quote, Legal pot raising drugged driving fears
Due to recent decision to legalize recreational marijuana in a number of states, American motorists are more concerned than ever about drugged drivers on the nation’s roads, according to a new report from AAA.
A study done by the AAA Foundation for Traffic Safety, reports that nearly half of the country’s drivers are more concerned about the dangers posed by drugged drivers now than three years ago, with a staggering 85 percent of people surveyed supporting weed impairment laws. The big problem, though, is that measuring the THC in a driver’s system is far more difficult than measuring alcohol.
