Insurance Educational Association Names Chairman, Board Members
The Santa Ana, Calif.-based Insurance Educational Association (IEA),
a provider of professional education, announced the appointment of four
new members to its Board of Directors: Jack Reddy, Guy A. Avagliano,
Louis H. Castoria and William Riedley.
Incoming Chairman Reddy is senior vice president of human resources for Argo Group International Holdings Ltd.
Avagliano is a principal and consulting actuary of Milliman. He has
substantial experience with many property and liability lines of
business, including workers’ compensation, professional liability, and
contractors liability. He serves on numerous industry committees,
including the Actuarial Committee of the State of California’s Workers’
Compensation Insurance Rating Bureau.
Castoria is the assistant managing partner of Wilson, Elser,
Moskowitz, Edelman & Dicker LLP. He has lectured throughout the
country on insurance, tort reform and technology issues.
Riedley is assistant vice president of Commercial Risk Management
for Farmers Insurance Group, where he has helped build the company’s
leading position in the Los Angeles-area market. He possesses broad
industry expertise, including in the area of legislative and regulatory
affair.
