Auto Quotes: Court Rules Drunk Driver Can Sue Bar for Serving Him
A patron at a bar has had one too many drinks. He hops on his motorcycle and drives home, and on the way he’s involved in an auto accident. The officer suspects the driver may be intoxicated and performs a field sobriety test. His blood alcohol level is above the legal limit, and he’s arrested for a DUI. So, who’s at fault? The man’s blood alcohol level was .196, more than two times the state’s legal limit.
